Responsibilities :
1. Plan and manage people of Customer Service Team
2. Manage, steer, support sales and "Demand to Cash" operations
3. Ensure the co-operation between the team and related functions to achieve company's targets.
4. Control risks (Legal issues, internal control, business continuity and quality assurance)
Qualifications :
- Graduated Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience with minimum 2 years proven record in people management
- Good command in using Microsoft office program esp. Excel and Powerpoint
- Good managerial and analytical skill
- Good English proficiency, excellent in Thai.
