I'm writing regarding the product quality again, as we are going to place order to you soon, so we'd like you to make sure about the product defect cases once again. In case we found that the products you sent us have defect in any cased, for example :-
- the lid does not close completely
- the bottom of container twist
- have stretch marks inside around of the spot (we ever to issue this case of sample already), maybe caused from injection production
- or any cases
1. How is your guarantee procedure?
2. Refer to the claiming of goods, do you have the policy in case for claiming? How is your procedure?
In case we found lots of damaged products, so we will take some photo for your review and consideration firstly, then might be sent the 5-10% return to you for checking.
3. In case of claiming, do you have the policy for reimburse money to us as some parts damaged or can you replacement to us?
4. As we will order for half of 20'ft container, so the container still have more space, how is your method to protect the pallets to be tilt or movement into the container?
Can you latching them for us?
5. After completed production, can you provide the photos for Loading and Packing before transportation?
