Since its construction, MRs has been governed by Thai Condominium Law. In effect therefore, MR2 is a conservation area. If any buyer or tenant was not aware of that fact beforehand, then the rules of MR2 were/are not to blame. Furthermore, no adult resident was forced to buy or live here.
Thus, I fail to determine an unselfish reason why some property developers, speculators and/or frustrated resident feel that they have a divine or esoteric right to disrespect the “out dated” status quo or ignore rules with which they disagree.
