In this Framework, The researcher divides into three columns: Pre Organization Development Intervention (Pre-ODI), Organization Development Intervention (ODI) and Post Organization Development Intervention (Post-ODI).
The first column is Pre-ODI, the researcher show the problem and current situation of the problem. Teaching Styles and students’ performance in the classroom are the root causes of this problem and effect to students’ learning achievement
The second column is ODI, the researcher determine the way to solve the problem by using Motivation, and TuckMan Model to learn social studies as an instructional tool.
The third column is Post-ODI, the researcher assures that if the researcher follows this process, the students will understand more the content because they learn by doing and practicing, students’ learning achievement will be better. Moreover, the atmosphere is active learning and students’ performance will be better too.
