To take a SRM initiative, the institution should define a
SRM strategy. This strategy must be aligned with the institution
vision, mission and aims, and must also commit with it all the
institution members (teachers, students, directors). The SRM
strategy draws a plan to develop the SRM practice, which
includes, among others, the activities to develop; the
performance indicators identification; the behavior patterns
characterization; the situations to supervise; the monitoring
processes; the participant members; and, the actions to be
executed by each participant.
