Dear K. Taweesak,

Our compounder (SOC) informed us that they found fungus in Tetragon Boxes Lot# U-T-230615-2-C / U-T-150615-2-C.
Qty = 113 pcs (alraedy packed product = 56 pcs).

Apparently, SOC informed that they didn't find fungus during their first inspection when receving these boxes and when they load the product.
The fungus were found later on after boxes were stored in there warehouse for sometime.

We are going to have a meeting internally to discuss on this problem.
But from our QC first inspection, they conclude that fungus came from moisture of the printing ink
since most of th fungus occurred around the IUPILON PRINTING.

Please check whether there is any problem from your raw material or any wrong doing during your production process or not.
(stacking boxes while the ink is not enough dried ?).
