Hence, the objective of present work was to investigate coloured hailnet effects on fruit quality including color, firmness, acidity, vitamin C, sugar and taste, chlorophyll and anthocyanin contents in the peel, using the lastest technology in non- destructive pigment analysis. apple was chosen as a model crop due to its widespread distribution. Two bi-color apple variety were used,one small-fruited early-maturing with poor coloration and one large-fruited, late ripening and with easily red coloration under variety of red and green color hailnets.
