Sawadee 2015 and I hope you have a good time on long holiday in past 11 days.
We have been organized the group meeting on Monday morning events. We are going to recognize other people time and we will make our meeting to discuss on actionable strategies.
We call "BD group meeting". Our meeting will limited member to those who responsible on each BU.
Our goals .. we are going to make our salesforce and marketing to find the successful strategies and reach our target revenue.

How do we run
1. I propose Pu will work on analysis and lessons in the past year, month, and week. I suggest we should the BD line database.
2. Each BD present you own sale strategy by 10 minutes ... signed, will sign, focus proposal, and new prospects.
3. Review our flaw in the past week
Here are my notice that we, you and us, should run over these points
1. Take longer time to sign contract than we plan
2. Start high fee and sign low fee
3. No cost sheet
4. Late meeting
