ChinaGBN is operated by the JiTong Communications Corporation. UNINET is the Internet arm of China Unicom. CNCnet is the Internet branch of newly licensed China Netcom. CIETNET, which is controlled by the Ministry of Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation, is the Internet service provider for foreign trade related institutions and corporations. CMNET is the Internet business of China Mobile.
