In the communication of age contact between organizations, it has difference between culture and communication. Why should one consider cultural distance at all? Because the culture virtually all of human behavior. Hofstede’s definition on 4 underlying value dimensions: (1) individualism vs. collectivism, (2) large vs. small power distance, (3) strong vs. weak uncertainty avoidance, and (4) masculinity vs. femininity (a fifth dimension, long- vs. short-term orientation was added later).Trompenaars framework for the understanding of culture was developed to seven fundamental dimensions. From the theory of Hofstede anthropologist Hall declare that culture is communication, if the person communicate effectively with someone from another culture that person can understand clearly message.
