Questionnaire for the interview of Service Administrator
Due to our Service Administrator need to be technical base who skilled in administration and
management as well.
The questionnaires below are not Yes/No question, we need your professional explanation which
can let us see how is your smart idea.
Question#1
From mechanical manual of blowing mold,in attached file, this mold used to form the bottle as shaped (of
mould). If the customer inform you that their bottle are not in perfect formed in shape due to the mold are
worn out,
How many parts will you suggest customer to replace ?
Question#2
The customer called you and informed that they broke 1 sensor of the machine, cause the machine
breakdown. Unfortunately they don’t have such sensor in stock. The problem is they need to let machine
run due to high production season, they ask you whether they can use the different brand & model of
sensor ?
What will you suggest to the customer for this issue ?

The customer call you for machine down, asking for quotation of spare parts as table below

We need to ship it out from our warehouse in Italy. Due to some parts are not available as customer needed,
how will you manage this issue &shipment ?

The customer called you that his motorcycle is not able to start, as you are taking care of First Help Desk,
you need to collect the necessary information from customer side to HQ side. What should you ask to
customer to fulfill the requirement of HQ in Italy ?

You suggest the recommended parts and made 1 quotation to the customer. They replied you in PO with
less parts than quotation. Now, you have to insert ( book the parts and do shipment ) this order to Italy.
What should you follow, the customer PO or your quotation ?
