Without prejudice to this aspect, the judgment issued by the Supreme Court points out that the appointed support administrator shall have the duty to act not only in the best interests of the beneficiary, carrying out the tasks that are associated with his nomination to protect and to assure his patient, but together with the beneficiary, and adds that the probate judge, who for serious reasons may justifiably distance himself from the choice of the beneficiary, as a logical corollary, may similarly dissociate himself from the additional choices expressed in the act, wherever intervention is rendered necessary, only
