1. Objective
This requirementset up the guidelinefor confirm the initialpart in trial production and the part after process change or design change that numeric value until the note in drawing is checked.
2. Scope
This procedure applies to all parts which T.RAD purchase from manufacturer. This is preparing for a new model or adjusts drawing.
3. Definition
N=1 check means confirming of size and numeric value, includingnotes which specify in drawing. Record the checking result into drawing.
4.Responsibility of Manufacturer
4.1 The first time delivery of initialpart of trial productionin each event and the part after process change or design change, manufacturer must always confirm the checking result by prepare the “data n=1 check” and then record in copy drawing of T.RAD.
4.2 Concludechecking result;pass or fail. If fail,manufacturer mustresolve immediatelythe
nonconforming part. In addition to, if necessary deliver the fail part to T.RAD, manufacturer mustrequest the special acceptance part to QC of T.RAD. T.RADdetermines the approval before delivery the part.
4.3 If manufacturer cannot inspection some item, must consult to QC of T.RAD immediately.
4.4 Copy of “data n=1 check” document attach with the sample part is always required when delivery. If
T.RAD has not got this document or imperfect data, QC of T.RAD will not approve for mass production.
12 CLAIMCOMPENSATIONPROVISIONS

This guidelinerequires for the practical and fair for responsible personnel. In additionto, reduce complaint,which leading to qualityand

2. Scope
This procedure applies for the parts which T.RAD order from manufacturer, and shall be made on the part of new or changed.
3. Definition
- Line Claim (the request from production line) isfounded defect-part which distributefrom manufacturer before using or send to customer of T.RAD or user.
-Customer/MarketClaim(therequestfromcustomeroruser)isfoundeddefect-partwhichdistribute from manufacturer after send the products to customer ofT.RAD or user. This cover the performance and lifetime warranty of each customer after using.
- ClaimCost(the request for thecost) isthecostbecause of repair and adjust, when the line claim,general
claim and modificationclaim.

4.Responsibility of Manufacturer
4.1 When the cost claim was notified from customer or examined process or defected-part from manufacturerwhichdistributetoT.RAD. After resolved the problem, QC authoritywill issue “Report of ComplaintCost Claim” which filled in the detail of claim including the cost claim, send to procurement for determinethe appropriate cost. Then send to marketingsection of manufacturer in sequence.
4.2 Manufacturer received the claim compensation report from quality control manager of procurement manager or marketing manager of manufacturer, should signature. Then send this document back to procurement of T.RAD. In order that, manufacturer should reply this document within 15 days. If not reply, that means manufacturer agrees to pay compensation.
4.3 When procurement of T.RAD received the reply of this claim compensationdocument, should send to accounting section to perform. Then procurement sectioncopies thisdocumentfor evidence,which collectin quality control section.
4.4 Accounting section implementsthe system, and agreed to pay compensationto the supplier shall be completed.
