Primary Responsibilities
Store Operations
Oversee store operation standards of all counters to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives by touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
Be able to manage ad-hoc retail operational issues which will support retail sales performance
Respond to customer complaints and comments when required
Lead and monitor day to day retail operations of all stores
Monitor stock levels and make decisions about stock control
Submit reports on the work and business operations of their stores or such materials to Key Account Manager
Events and Promotions
Plan and implement proposals, manage corporate event accounts
Organise all special external promotions, on site coordination to ensure smooth running of events.
Visual merchandiser
Design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy, manage shop display and visual merchandising
Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays
Qualifications
Be able to travel up country
Experience in retail business
Strategic Planning/ work independently/ good coordinator/ hand-on
