Sorry I don’t aware of this til you sent me ka This case is about K.Supakorn regular PB compliant. He used his other phone which not register in our system so the call went to Mass team. He asked about Deposit rate unfortunately the new agent answer incorrently. So he complaint.. it is unacceptable for agent to answer deposit rates wrongly. Now asked the team to investigate & listen to voice tape if agent did give wrong info, better terminate the agent ka.
