SPSS version 16 was used to analyze the collected data. Frequencies and percentages were used to present the
main characteristics of the sample. Maximum, minimum, means, standard deviations, and intercorrelations of the
main variables were also calculated. Following the Baron and Kenny (1986) causal steps method simple and
multiple linear regression was used for testing the mediating role of job satisfaction. In addition, bivariate and
partial correlation tests were used to examine the mediating role of job satisfaction (Suliman, 2002). The
significance of indirect effect was computed using the Sobel test.

SPSS phiên bản 16 được sử dụng để phân tích các dữ liệu thu thập được. Tần số và tỷ lệ phần trăm được sử dụng để trình bày các
đặc điểm chính của mẫu. Tối đa, tối thiểu, phương tiện, độ lệch chuẩn, và intercorrelations của
biến chính cũng đã được tính toán. Sau Baron và Kenny (1986) nhân quả bước phương pháp đơn giản và
