If you've opened a case and don't hear from the seller or reach a resolution with them within 3 business days, you can escalate the case and get eBay to review the case.
Here's how:
-Go to the Resolution Center. You may need to sign in.
-Find your case at the bottom of the page.
-From the Take action drop-down menu, select Have Customer Support review this case.
We'll respond with our decision within 48 hours, and may issue you a refund for the item.
