Conclusion and suggestions
This internship make I know a lot of how to work in office and field trip, know to start from beginning until ending of tour, howmanage time, how to be friendly with customers and how to solve problems in real situation and face the risk.However, make I know tosolution and can apply to use in the future.

Problems of the company
1. The equipment quit old such as bicycles, ATV and etc.
2. All staff quit not unity; always have conflicts betweenmanager and staff.

Self-reflection
Chiang Mai Adventure Co.,Ltd is workplace that provides the real work experience to us. We get new knowledge, workmate and other very much. What we have been from here able to make us taken these experiences to use within the future career.

Internship reflection
For the internship, I suggest that the university should collect data base of each company.They can provide information to students to make the decisions in choosing a location.
In some case, The University has established a safety policywith the company and student that they agree in working to face the risk.
