Please kindly note that there is a serious problem with your last order / shipment.
There is no evidence that the order has passed the European borders.
Thus, please contact your forwarder in order to solve this problem. He has to prove officially that the order has passed the European borders.
Otherwise we have to raise the full VAT on top of the value of your last order. This would lead to extra expenses for you.
