Facebook, Inc., which is the service provider of Facebook, will no longer support Facebook API 1.0 on certain devices from 27th April 2015 (JST).
At the same time, CSX (Sony Cloud Service) starts rebuilding its platform to provide better user experience to the customers and some service will be terminated under this rebuilding process.

Due to these two terminations, some features will be no longer available to the customers. Refer to the table below. The termination affects FY11 ~ 14 BRAVIA models worldwide.
Followings are the features which will not be available from 27th April 2015 (JST).

The user statistics for Facebook App for each country is available per . Please use this table only to check the ranking of your country on a worldwide level. For more up-to-date usage statistics, please refer to the attached PPT.

There will be 2 web announcements to be published on 14th April 2015 (Tues), 2:00pm to pre-inform customers on these terminations coming up as well as the list of affected models.
1) Termination of Facebook App
2) Termination of some internet associated functions

Attached Excel files contain the full list of affected models for each of the terminated services. As there’s no information on the launch country for each model, please go through the lists* and indicate in the file the models sold in your country.
Please return the Excel files to us by 9th April 2015, with your indications.

* ModelList_Friends-Invite (for ANZ).xlsx is applicable for ANZ only.

The announcements are under preparation for sharing to you via Teamsite. We will notify you once both contents are ready for your pick up.

Special Note for ANZ team only: Related to #2 announcement - Termination of some internet associated functions:
Due to the services termination differences between ANZ and other AP countries, the announcement draft and internal Q&A for ANZ will differ from the other countries.
We will be following up with a separate email shortly to explain what you should do for this announcement.
