4.2.2 The Owner expressly acknowled

4.2.2 The Owner expressly acknowledges that such expenses may be incurred for either:
(a) the exclusive benefit of the Project or any portion of the Project; or
(b) the benefit of the Project and one or more other hotels or resorts that are owned or operated and managed by AHR or any of its Affiliates; provided that if such activities are not for the exclusive benefit of the Project, only an equitable portion of the costs and expenses associated therewith shall be allocated to the Project by AHR. If so requested by the Owner, AHR shall furnish with reasonable evidences of such allocation of costs and expenses satisfactorily to the Owner.
