During on-site audit, the floor/wall junction was dirty with black stains at chicken meat storage room (chill room) in low care area.
The high care area was not temperature control led as compliant with Subway standard (7 degree Celsius or below) . (during on-site audit, the temperature in the high care area was noted to be 10 degree Celsius).
The latest traceability exercise (Frozen cooked chicken breast diced) on date 01/03/2016 was not conducted covering Subway product and not compliance with appendix B and Subway standard 2015 edition (Rev.5, Jun.2015) such as scenarios exercise and traceability exercise worksheet.
