As we start 2016, we continue to think in new ways about how we deliver value to our clients and how we create a better place to work for our employees. An important part of that is taking the next step in changing the way we assess and reward performance.
Earlier this week, you should have received your notification to begin your self-review. This officially marks the end of the Relative Performance Ratings (RPR) process – and the beginning of an approach that emphasizes clarity, capability, and collaboration.
More than 90 percent of AIG colleagues who participated in the mid-year pilot believe that the new approach is more fair and transparent. It will also lead to better, ongoing conversations between you and your manager, which is why we are calling it Partnering for Success.
For help completing your self-review by Wednesday, January 13, please take advantage of the tools on Contact, which include tip sheets, webcasts, and more. Also learn more about what comes next in the Year-End Review.
Partnering for Success is the result of your input and ideas. It's an opportunity to learn together to grow and develop. Please use your self-review to build on your partnership with your manager, which will lead to continued success in 2016.
