Once contacted, please update the lead status and change to "In process".
And follow the process:
Convert to Contact - Please be sure that information as : First Name / Last Name / Email / Phone / Country
Convert to Opportunity - If there is potential for a sale or rental, this is a must to do, as it will allow you to manage the opportunity until it closes
Log a call - The client put his/her phone number Log a call to qualify and evaluate the clients
Schedule a meeting - The client mentions the date he/she plans to come in Thailand, schedule already a meeting
Create a Task - To do reminder to organize your follow up.
By insuring a good and professional follow up it will allow to increase dramatically your transformation rate. More information you have and better the qualification is done will make you work more efficient and will result in better return.
ps: If you need to assign to someone else in your team, please edit the lead and assign to the relevant person. Select the status as Assigned.
If you're busy, just send an email to the client at least mentioning that you will come back shortly, we can't keep silence!!! 
A good organization with email templates and the use of the tools and supports (factsheets, brochures, link to websites and blogs managed by the company) can be as well time saver and avoid to write again and again the same answers.
