Khun Jiraporn, the designated PSM, supported the customer with a best-in-class customer service, offering flawless extra-mile assistance. The customer was treated as if they were a special guest in her home. K. Jiraporn has completed every request on a timely manner and even delivered additional services beyond her work scope (i.e. card set up and amend) - way ahead of the agreed SLA. Moreover, K. Jiraporn has been ceaselessly providing ad-hoc reports, such as Station Updates, to help facilitate the customer’s monitoring of their transportation routes – an above-expectation service that has worked wonders for the customer. Needless to say, the customer is very satisfied.Recently, K. Jiraporn took the initiative to request herself for a F2F meeting with the customer, along with the AM, in order to build their relationship and expand their contacts, as well as gathered extra requirements so that she can help support the customer’s growth.
