Büyüksalvarcı and Abdioğlu (2011) argued that profitability tends to increase capital relative to assets in the Turkish banking sector. Therefore, this study expects a positive relationship between profitability and capital adequacy.

Büyüksalvarcı và Abdioğlu (2011) lập luận rằng lợi nhuận có xu hướng tăng vốn tương đối với tài sản trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ. Vì vậy, nghiên cứu này hy vọng một mối quan hệ tích cực giữa lợi nhuận và an toàn vốn.
