Article 4:(The Submission of Report):
The Educational Facilitiesmust submit the seminar implementation report by following the form determined separately by the Supervisingorganizationto the Supervisingorganization quickly after the seminar has been conducted. And, it is obliged to report immediately about the situation of seminar in the case of request received from the Supervising organization during the seminar is on going.

Pasal 4: (The Penyampaian Laporan):
The Pendidikan Facilitiesmust menyampaikan laporan pelaksanaan seminar dengan mengikuti bentuk ditentukan secara terpisah oleh Supervisingorganizationto yang Supervisingorganization cepat setelah seminar telah dilakukan. Dan, itu wajib melaporkan segera tentang situasi seminar dalam kasus permintaan yang diterima dari organisasi Pengawas selama seminar ini adalah untuk pergi.
