Complete set of Centrifugal Compressor(API 617) as follows ;
- 2 x 100% capacity design, one is lead, the other is stand-by
- Common base plate for compressor, gear box, motor, gauge board, lube oil system and UCP
- Electrical motor for main compressor
- Gear reducer which comply API613 or API677
- Flexible dry coupling which comply API 671 with non-sparking coupling guards
- Inlet Scrubber(if required)
- Dry gas seal and associated seal gas system with all accessories, piping, supports, instrument
and controls along with dry gas racks
- Base ; suction throttle control(alternative case ; inlet guide vain)
- Vent and drain nozzle with valves by flange ends
- Auxiliary / Utility / buffer air piping up to skid edge terminated by flanged ends, instrumentation
wired to junction box
2) Lubricant Oil System
- A common lubricant oil system for gear box and main motor complete with skid piping, valve,
instrumentation and all accessories(oil filter, cooler[base case air fan type], PCV, relief valve
for lube oil pump and etc.)
- Lubricant oil reservoir and major equipment(except cooler) are mounted common base plate
- Complete instrument including on interconnecting piping
- Rundown tank for compressor package(as per API614 system)
- Lubricant oil drain header spool consider on common skid
- Drain piping up to grade level
3) Process System
- All relief valve, strainers, restriction orifices within the package battery limit
- Skid mounted process piping with supports
- Vent and drain piping including automated compressor casing drain valve within skid limits
terminated at skid edge by single point
- Instrument air piping and utility piping within skid limits terminated at skid edge by single point
- Temporary suction strainers for each stage without spool piece
4) Electrical
- MV motor starting method is based on soft start, and vendor suggests minimum start current.
- All driver motor shall be designed by air cooling, cause of limited water source at plant
- On skid power and control cable up to skid mounted junction boxes/interface panels
- Earthing connection and skid
- Cable lug and glands
