It also introduced the Simply Cash Plan which enables its employees to claim money towards everyday healthcare, such as dental and optical bills. Choosing the affordable £1 per employee per week option, the plan met the overarching objective of improving employee benefits without incurring huge costs. The plan was rolled out to all employees through onsite presentations, while Simplyhealth also attended wellbeing fairs and created a presence on the college's intranet. New employees receive induction presentations to introduce the benefits of the plan.
