When a debit or credit card is used to place an order, we will request authorization from your bank or credit institution for this transaction. If funds are available, your bank will immediately place a hold on your account for that amount. Upon merchandise shipment, an actual withdrawal takes place and the authorization is released.
After reviewing your order attempt, we see that our verification systems were unable to confirm some of the vital information you provided. At this time, your order will not be processed and the items will not ship.
Since the order cannot be processed, the authorization/pending transaction that is shown on the card should drop within 3 to 5 business days.
We are so sorry for any trouble this may have caused. If the transaction has not dropped within the 3 to 5 business days, please contact your bank and request a contact name, as well as a fax number or email address so that we may contact them on your behalf to try and have the funds released manually.
