Scope of work: Deliver Sales Operations Specialist activities.
Accountabilities
Review dashboard with Account Managers (AMs) for selected customers, agree on priority areas; develop plan across functions.
Design, development and execution of reports with analysis and summary of conclusions where contractually obliged and not available in IT tools. Complex= multiple tables involved, local business knowledge and relationships required.
Gather data and commentary to prepare Customer Business Reviews aligned with Sales Business Plans.
Support account managers by tracking performance of volume, growth and operational targets.
Assist Sales with analysis tools, business case development and data management to process special pricing.
Participate and coordinate with customers and account managers to ensure smooth launch of new customers.
Attend meetings with account managers to provide clarity to the account set-up process and display the value added activities from End to End (E2E) processes.
Visit customers to gather input and share ideas to build relationships, improve processes and add value.
Where contractually obliged, act as single point-of-contract and coordinate issues through other functions.
Identify key operational people at customer locations and proactively call to prevent issue escalations and to support role out of new functionality (e.g. e-Invoicing).
Ensuring legal/fiscal compliance that is relevant for all customers.
Act as Sales Support Super User - escalate issues as needed and follow-up to solve it with preventive action in place.
Execute contract process, complete standard and non-standard contracts include all sign offs and ensure adherence to Due Diligence contract and Health Safety Security Environment (HSSE) and Authority.
Review contract performance as part of new Sales Contract Management process and monitor contract life cycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or Master Degree preferred (Business related major) or equivalent experience.
3-5 years working experience in a customer service / sales support role preferred, supporting a team and demonstrating business acumen and customer focus.
Requires a high degree of local business-specific knowledge including market and customers.
Ability to create, analyse to execute in depth problem solving analysis, and share data and reports. Have a demonstrated ability to analyse and digest data and present it in a user-friendly format.
Able to identify the requirements particular to a deal being proposed or agreed by sales with a customer.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and implement changes in line with business principles to meet Stakeholder expectations.
Experience interacting directly with customers to support business objectives.
Possess a strong customer service ethic and ability to understand, meet and champion the customer’s needs, while staying within the policies and procedures.
Ability to apply Continuous Improvement behaviours and techniques to implement solutions.
Demonstrated relationship building skills, across several levels, including customers and service providers within the business.
GSAP experience preferred.
Able to display a high degree of knowledge and experience in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
