I am surprised to read that “we” (who exactly?) offered an annual rental increase of 10%. What is the basis for such increase? Last time we spoke we contemplated the possibility to move the engineering team to Charn Issara if we cannot get a satisfactory long-term renewal of the SVJ location. How does a 10% increase compare to a move to CI2 after the rental agreement expires end of next year? Please advise also why we shall suddenly decide by tomorrow? We should not let us put under undue pressure to make a decision on this matter but reflect carefully and prudently on our options.


Question: Do we really need such space for 46 people (134 sqm/ pers)? In addition, if we include building depreciation the rate is 95 THB/sqm.
Please compare the cost of appropriate space in CI2 with the full cost of SVJ.
