In Thailand, BSA has worked closely with various government agencies to promote protection for intellectual property rights, through better policy, enforcement and education. BSA’s educational activities range from the conduct of seminars that promote software asset management, to supporting government educational direct mailers that draw attention to the copyright act as well as enforcement actions undertaken by the authorities. On the enforcement front, we work with the Economic Crimes Division of the Royal Thai Police in ensuring that successful action is taken against businesses who continue to ignore calls to legalize their software..
