This assessment assesses students’ ability to apply their skills and knowledge to
• Build work teams, strengthen communications and resolve issues
• Engage with stakeholders and obtain advice from outside the work team, to ensure team is focused and on track
• Improve group behaviour
Description of Assessment
• This is an individual task
• Your assessor will be marking you against a competency checklist, provided later in this document, to ensure you have met the requirements of each of the relevant competencies. Should you be deemed not yet competent by your assessor and require re-assessment, your assessor of the process for re- assessment will inform you. If you feel the decision made by your assessor was in fact incorrect please refer to your student handbook for information on the assessment appeals process and the steps you are required to undertake.
• Assignment must be typed; no handwritten assignments will be accepted.
• Report must be submitted on moodle at completion by the due date. No late submission will be accepted.
Plagiarism Statement
An intentional or unintentional Plagiarism is deemed by GCA as cheating and is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. It is required that all assignments be referenced using the Harvard System or other approved method advised by your lecturer.
Any plagiarism will result in a ZERO mark for that assignment. This includes the submission of assignments that are not the student’s own work or does not acknowledge the work of others.
