prevailed among students in spite of the psychological discomfort of cramming
may be the intrinsic reward of that peak experience, especially when it was an
autotelic experience, which made students satisfied with the situation they faced

pengalaman autotelic, yang membuat siswa puas dengan situasi yang mereka hadapi
pada saat itu. Schraw et al. juga menyarankan bahwa meskipun stres sementara,
siswa melaporkan perasaan mendalam lega dan gembira setelah bekerja stres
periode dan ini dibenarkan stres yang mereka alami.
