Below are the job spec for recruitment consultant for RJ Supply and Service. As per our discussion this morning, we will need to have one recruitment consultant to support non oil and gas clients.
We have some active requirements already so this is quite urgent please.
Job Description:
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organisation plans and meeting/ phone clients to discuss needs
• Builda applicant sources by researching and contacting community network, internet sourcing such as JobDB, LinkedIn and IMS, etc.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications and assign to the team
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement of each requirement.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisement; forwarding email, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by first interviewing applicants; evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements before submit CVs to clients.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges applicant to interviews as per client applicatment
• Update recruitment status on IMS and monitor CVs those are requested input to the system.
Job Requirement:
• Thai Male / Female, Age 23-30 years.
• Bachelor Degree of HRM / HRD, Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or re;ated field.
• 1-3 years experience in HR Recruitment, experience in recruitment from recruitment agency is an advantage or related experience will be considered.
• Good applicable of MS. Office package and Email correspondence (Both English & Thai)
• Good English communication skills (Both wriitten & verbal)
