Our team have tried to finalize the Internet and VPN connection upgrade in HQ/Giza yesterday and have been notified that there is are pending payments between ISKAN and the building frame owner. Therefore, installation was not completed.
Our team has been advised that the pending payment will be handled by ISKAN very soon and we will be notified once the issue is resolved in order for Vodafone to complete its work.
Can you kindly confirm my understanding? If so, can you please let me know when is the issue expected to be resolved?
