• 3 digit code which we call "Item Category Code": this information comes from Asist and it's very important for us, because it triggers the correct product classification both for internal and external reporting (i.e. back to Asist and to SAP for stock data). Can you please double check if you are not maintaining this information in your system? Maybe it goes under a different name. I remember that when we started the discussion about the Item Master this was not a problem, so I am a bit surprised that it is coming up now. Please refer to the attached excel file to show you the data we usually get from Asist for each model (both units and spare parts). If this was overlooked by your predecessor it's important for me to know what can be done and when, because on the 21st of November we will have an internal audit for the F-GAS regulation (European regulation starting from January 2017) and I need to make sure that the item master workflow runs smoothly by then,
• Description: this is "nice to have". We never received this information from Asist and we always maintained it manually in our system. If you are not adding any description to your products (i.e. "indoor unit", "outdoor unit" and so forth) we can work without. However let me remind you that the description of the products is a mandatory
