We have just appointed the new General Designer of our Brazilian subsidiary Sofia Ruggieri. Sofia has a great track record and the CTDT (Corporate Top Design Team) thinks very highly of her. She holds an MBD (Master in Business Design) from IDEA School (one of the world’s top design schools), has worked for a large design consulting firm for over three years, and has been with us for the past six years. She is fluent in Portuguese and familiar with Brazil since spending a year as an exchange student at the National University in Brasilia. Given her strong technical background, she began in Supply Chain Design, where she successfully designed increasingly complex socio-technical systems. As a matter of fact, she is the person behind our Responsive Company Design program. Over the years, we have discovered that she was a true generalist and really good in strategy design. We have asked her to turn around the Brazilian subsidiary, starting from scratch (complete stakeholders/strategy/culture redesign)
