Log in to your PayPal account and visit the Resolution Centre to review the
seller's message and post a response.
If you would like to escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim, you must do
so before 12-09-2015 or it will automatically close. A closed dispute
cannot be reopened or escalated to a claim.
