The speed of sound was constant in the same temperature, which equalled to the multiplication of the frequency and the wavelengths. The value of speed of sound could be calculated by using this equation: V_t=331.5+0.6t. In this experiment, whenever you heard the loud sound, the opened end of the resonant tube was the place of anti-node position. The next loud sound, the length would be about half of the wavelength more than the first one. These results enabled you to obtain the value of wavelength of the sound at that frequency. Throughout this experiment, I learned how the speed of sound worked and the range of the sound that human ears could hear.
