Even though the old employer had 2 weeks to reply to the Labor Complaint on May 5, 2016 They did not set any arbitration hearing until Jun 1, 2016. During the second hearing their power of attorney asked for additional time and during the third and final hearing they asked for more time from the judges so that the employer would be able to return with their final best offer only to return every time with the exact same unfair settlement statement to offer pushing the date of a possible temporary work permit to Jun 29, 2016.Well past the day I could continue to work for the new employer while the old employer left.
