The organizational structure of the University of London is a combination of two organizational structures: functional and service. University of London including multiple departments with specific functions, such as communication relations, human resources, ICT, finance, etc. Each department undertake a particular task. By applying this type of organizational structure and communication problems within and outside the university have been resolved. Moreover, this structure enables organizations to decide through the activity of each area, as well as appreciate the input from the staff is recruited.
