The “New Theory” Agriculture has three
phases :
The First Phase is to manage agricultural
land and resources at the household level in a

The Second Phase is the formation of groups
in the form of cooperatives to collaboratively produce
goods, organize markets, and develop community
welfare to increase social solidarity and prepare
communities to keep pace with the outside world.
