Pre-planning, (July/August):
We will Fix toilet on Ceremony beach & decorate building.
New grass turf for 10m x 10m on Ceremony beach (maximum 10m x 10m)
August 22nd
Tony and a group of friends will come to Mu Ko Ang Thong on Friday 22nd August to prepare the Ceremony beach for the wedding.
August 23rd (Morning)
On the day of the wedding in the morning, we will need to arrange for the main beach to be cleaned.
Catering and party organizers prepare reception behind Marine Park office so as not to disturb day trip visitors. When all tourists have gone at 16.00 preparations will move to main beach.
(Afternoon) – 4PM
After day guests have left the marine park, the catering team will begin to place tables and chairs on the main beach in preparation for the evening dinner.
We would like to know if we would be able to use the beachside bar to serve drinks to the wedding guests.
Final preparation to include: 4 x marquees, (in case of rain), chairs and tables for 100 people, atmosphere lighting & music system for acoustic guitar. (please see pictures below for reference).
STAFF
The catering company will bring some staff, however, we would like to know if we can pay some of the marine park staff to assist during the evening.
How many marine park staff would be available?
DEPARTING FROM MARINE PARK
1. All wedding guests will leave Mu Ko Angthong at approximately 22h00 by boat on 23rd Aug
2. Catering equipment and catering crew will depart Mu Ko Angthong on 24th Aug
ACCOMMODATION
We will need to book accommodation (bungalows) for to following:
1. Tony & friends preparation on Friday 22nd August – Can we book the VIP building near the beach for two nights (22nd & 23rd August), plus 4 more bungalows?
2. Bungalows for Catering and Party staff will be required, numbers to be confirmed, but estimate 4 bungalows
