At present lots of people in the society rush through their life. As a result their health will be worse in the future. Importantly, avoid eating too much spicy, sweet and salty food which causes overweight and obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and etc.
Exercise encourages us to get the healthy body and be far away from diseases. There are several benefits of regularly and properly exercise. It helps us to protect and rejuvenate our body. Next blood circulation between heart and lung, metabolism and respiration will be better. Then cholesterol, triglyceride and excess sugar in the blood will be reduced. Finally, it helps us prevent diabetes and reduce anxiety and stress.
The statistics have showed that death rate of cardiovascular disease increases not only in Thailand but also around the world. The major cause is the imbalance of diet and exercise because of hasty lifestyle, lacking of quality food and exercise. Therefore, we should turn back to take care of yourselves by choosing good food and exercise for your health.
