3. Now Service team has some technicians with benefit of Car Deterioration, the others do not. How will this be handled?
4. How will personal transportation be compensated: mileage (THB/km?) Some get Bt4.5/km, others get Bt6.5/km. How will this be handled?
5. If service technicians have to wake up at 4am to reach a provincial service site (to start work at 8am), can they claim Overtime? How?
