Demographic characteristics
The 13 women who participated in the study were married and ranged in age from 38 to 48 year with a mean age of 40 years. There was variation of educational background among the participants. Five participants had graduated from elementary school, five from junior high school, one from senior high school, one from college with a diploma, and the others had earned a Bachelor degree. About 80% of participants were housewives and among them, approximately 53% had husbands who worked with uncertain labor income.
